Neil Grainger
Neil Grainger is our MD unlike many businesses Neil is not a figure head, he is integral to all our operations. Neil estimates and negotiates much of our work load. He is keen that all clients get a seamless transition from the estimate to project execution so is intimately involved in all projects in the initial stages. Neil has a wealth of experience spending his formative years in PSA ME contracting followed by several years in civil process engineering centred around the water industry. For over a decade his focus has been on commercial installations nationwide.
Martin Buckley
Martin Buckley is one of our Associate Directors he runs a team executing commercial installations and specialised installations for BT. Martin has spent his entire career working in London starting at one of the foremost contractors based in London. Moving to Hills many years ago to develop and manage the central London office. Martin has a vast amount of experience in the London commercial market.
Andy Griffin
Andy Griffin is our second Associate Director like Martin he has his own team executing commercial installations. Andy spent his formative years working for a large national ME contractor working on major projects. He gained many years of experience working in the retail sector. For over a decade he has concentrated on commercial shell and core and fit out.
Brian Gee
Brian Gee is our principal Estimating Manager. Brian has been estimating for many decades now and has worked for a number of the nations leading M&E contractors. The wealth of experience Brian has attained is put to good use as he prides himself in finding solutions to problems enabling us to present clean tenders.
Thomas Rudge
Thomas Rudge is our Estimator and works closely with Brian. Thomas came to us as a graduate through Brian's tutelage Thomas has a sheath of electrical qualifications and is fully conversant with estimating procedures. Thomas has been estimating commercial shell and core and fit out for many years now.
Tony Curniffe
As part of our commitment to Health Safety and Quality assurance Tony Curniffe is our dedicated manager. He is an ISO 9001 2000 QMS Internal auditor and has been an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for many years. He is currently at IOSH Technician level and is looking to become a graduate member, as part of our own professional development program. Tony as an electrician worked on site for many years, as such he brings a common sense approach to health and safety and quality.
