Shell & Core
Working closely with Main Contractors Hills have experience in carrying out Shell and Core works for distinguished end users in London such as M+S, Stanhope, Prudential, Standard Life and Land Securities with values ranging from £1-6m
A&B fit out
Over 70% of Hills' works is carried out working with Main Contractors such as Bovis, Overbury and Mitie carrying out Cat A+B fit outs within the City of London. Successful contracts include Reuters/Fitch Ratings/Northern Trust/Kleinwort Benson/BDO Stoy Hayward
Data Centres
Our experience encompasses Data centres for whom Orange/Hutchinson and Global Crossing rank amongst our end users
UPS/PDU/Generators
Most of our contracts include the needs for UPS/PDU/Generators. Working closely with suppliers we have installed a range of Generators and Generator Control Panels which have been synchronised with the UPS/PDU systems.
Small Works
Hills never forget the need to cover the whole range of services and include smaller contracts in their repertoire. Office fit outs such as the Audit Commission in Leeds which was valued at 50k are often undertaken.
