The works included employing sub-contractors to carry out major modifications to the roof structure to ensure the generator and housing met the structural design criteria.

We had to carry out modifications to the existing switch panel - install rising and cast resin busbar - all structural support system for the generator housing to sit on – inter-wiring between the existing switch panel and new generator control panel - all systems testing and witnessing.

Our role as main contractor included liaising with structural engineers - organising road closures for the crane lift and controlling the Site Waste Management and Welfare for all operatives. A successful contract carried out under stringent logistic rules in the heart of London.
