Hills Building Services were employed by Overbury PLC to carry out the Cat B fit out works to Fitch Ratings offices. Works covered a Cat B fit out to 5No floors and Cat A fit out to 2No floors.

The successful completion of the contract led to Hills securing the contract with Overbury to carry out the Cat B fit out to Level 7 which was occupied by Algorithmics which is a subsidiary of Fitch Ratings.
