Hills undertook a project that involved a renewed Fire Alarm system throughout the Landlords and Tenants areas that was carried out whilst all floor areas were occupied. Therefore all works were carried out at night time and weekends to minimise the disruption to the building occupants.
Lift lobby and Staircases were updated with energy saving lighting controls and new emergency light fittings. All Landlords systems were inspected and a report produced with recommendations.
