Hills undertook a fast paced CAT B fit out for Aegis Media that would have been fairly industry standard if the scheme did not remove 40% of the CAT A ceilings and replace it with refurbished factory lighting. In addition the standard of joinery finish and AV integration made for a challenging first fix coupled with over 400 contract instructions that needed to be incorporated.
